Principal statements

Service is provided according "as is" principle. Site administration does not give any insurance arrangements concerning site functioning and does not account for it.
Registration and participation in the project are free.
All images (photographs) published at the site belong to their authors.
Any reproduction and usage of published photos without permission of their authors is prohibited.

To observe rules of site usage stated in this document.
To snap photographs and photo series only to those genres and themes which correspond adequately to contents of the images.

To allocate his or her photos at the site. By terms of the site each participant can place up to 2Mb of photos in JPEG format (RGB color model).
To create thematic photo series.
To exhibit his/her photos for site's contests.
To put down formal estimations and comment photos of other participants of the project, thus partaking in discussion of photos.
To propose new themes (subjects) for rubrication of photographs.
To add new references into Internet resource catalogue.
To propose new sections for Internet resource catalogue.

To create for him/her more then one accounting record.
To give formal estimations to his/her own photo works.
To publish pornographic photo materials.
To use unquotable words and expressions in texts and images.
To publish statements insulting honor and dignity of project participants or administration.
To put down wittingly incorrect estimations of photographs.
To put HTML-code into the text.
To use the site for commitment of any actions conflicting with international legislation and legislation of Russian Federation.

Remove pornographic photographs.
Remove statements insulting honor and dignity of project participants or administration.
Block the participation in contests of photos that do not agree with announced themes of the actions.
To include photographs in exhibitions carried out at the site.
Attach favorite status to a photograph and status "selected" for photos included in exhibitions.
Interpose veto to wittingly incorrect estimations of photographs.
Correct snapping of photographs and photo series to genres and themes.
Remove empty photo series.
Prohibit allocation of Internet resources in the reference catalogue if their subjects do not correspond with site themes and/or contain harmful program code.
Disagree with proposals on systematization of suggested resources and allocate references in the catalogue at his discretion.
Terminate person's participation in the project if he or she systematically breaks the rules of participation.
Terminate person's participation in the project if he or she does not take part in site functioning for a year.

Thus:: we provide free resource and expect you will respect us and keep the rules! If you have any remarks or proposals - write and we discuss it.
